Stakeholder: PipeCloud for work and production planners

Sometimes or actually quite often the designed pipe spool or pipeline cannot be produced as planned. Larger pipelines need to be splitted to a smaller manufacturable pipe spools, some pipes might need an additional weld(s), bends need to be changed to an elbow or vise versa. It is a tedious work to do all the offline programming for the CNC bending machines, calculate the needed cutting lists / nest the pipes in most efficient way, build optimal work orders to maintain the optimal OEE in each work phase, evaluate all the needed work effort needed for all the work phases and put those to a timeline into a correct time.

With PipeCloud this is done with support of Artificial Intelligence to extract the needed information from the source data and visual tools to plan the production.
