Open assigned bundles on touchscreens or mobile devices at each shop floor workstation to access pipe spool drawings, phase-specific work orders, and step-by-step fabrication instructions. Report progress, log welds and heat numbers, view pipe cut visualizations, and complete quality checkpoints as each spool moves through production.
STEP 5
Track progress, time, and traceability in real time
Follow production live through the Kanban dashboard, capacity calendar, capacity & demand view, and 3D live factory, with status updating as work is reported from the shop floor. Automatic time tracking on each production stage, together with welding & material traceability and QA records, give every spool a full digital history from CAD import to delivery.
