PipeCloud will present, exhibit and sponsor at the SSI World Shipbuilding Conference 2026 – Americas (SSIWSC), held September 29 – October 1, 2026 at the IP Casino Resort Spa in Biloxi, Mississippi.
SSIWSC is SSI’s user conference, bringing together shipbuilders, engineers and technology partners for case studies, live demos and networking. For PipeCloud, it is the first major SSI user gathering in the Americas since the two companies announced their partnership earlier this year.
From 3D model to finished spool
In its session, “Data-Driven Pipe Spool Fabrication with PipeCloud and SSI” (Wednesday, September 30, 4:10–4:30 PM CDT, Ballroom A), PipeCloud will show how the SSI–PipeCloud integration takes pipe data straight from the SSI digital shipbuilding environment into prefabrication planning and workshop execution.
Attendees will see how shipyards can replace spreadsheets, paper travelers and manual re-entry with structured data that follows every spool from engineering to the pipe shop floor. The team will also run live demos at the PipeCloud booth throughout the conference.

Building on the SSI partnership
In April 2026, SSI and PipeCloud announced a partnership that links SSI’s 3D shipbuilding data directly to PipeCloud’s pipe spool prefabrication platform. The joint solution is built for both naval and commercial shipyards and extends the digital thread from design intent all the way to workshop execution.
Biloxi puts the conference at the heart of the U.S. Gulf Coast shipbuilding cluster, where naval and commercial programs are ramping up and outfitting capacity is under pressure. Pipe fabrication is one of the most labor-intensive parts of outfitting, which makes it a natural place to win back schedule.
